"Your first, last, and only line of defense-a Cohort of Roman Heavy
Infantry"
By the loose standards of the Federal Government, this is a healthy
program. Nobody was directly killed or injured, and much "gainful"
employment resulted in the production and transportation of the ores,
metal and coins. These will be stored and guarded in secure vaults
and warehouses for decades to come, resulting in more "gainful"
employment. One hundred years from now, during the era of the Fifth
American Constitution (just after the Second Limited Nuclear War with
China), President Richard Milhous Cox (great-great-grandson of Tricky
Dick) will have these brought out of storage, slabbed and sold by the
successor agency to the present GAO.
