*OT* cashier felt sorry for me

Picked up some meds that cost $14.63 and paid with $2's and halves.
Cashier thought I must have been dipping into my emergency money as
she said "do you really want to use these" in a sad tone of voice.
Reassured her the currency was not rare, not an emergency fund and I
can get all I want from the bank. I also noticed two presidential
dollars in the till and mentioned I have no use for those(no-one seems
to have any interest in them).

As usual, the $2's went under the till and most likely straight back
to a bank *sigh*
