I can understand taking over $100,00.00 dollars
in stolen coins and jewelry, but what with the
clothes baskets? Wonder how good the steaks
were?

2 Md. men arrested in 2-state burglary spree
Associated Press
December 8, 2008
CONOWINGO, Md. - State police say two
Maryland men accused in a two-state burglary
spree involving more than 100 break-ins over two
years have been arrested.
Police said today that the spree netted at least
$100,000 in jewelry, coins and other items,
including gourmet steaks, toilet paper and
clothes baskets.
After an investigation by state police and the
Harford County Sheriff's Office, searches of homes
in the Conowingo area turned up some of the stolen
property, including items linked to burglaries in
Lancaster and Chester counties in Pennsylvania.
Police say they've charged 51-year-old Jackie
Younce of Conowingo with multiple counts of
burglary and theft over $500 and 30-year-old
James Beazley of Chesapeake City with burglary
and theft. Younce is being held in the Harford
County Detention Center without bail, but
Beazley was released on bail.

An old friend of mine has a cabin in Pennsylvania. When she left the
cabin for a week it was broken into. They took clothes, food, the
drawers from the dressers and framed pictures off the walls. Sometimes
they take the water heater and pump too.
