I would have thought that at the present time that would be the least of

As far as the higher ups in the banking organization I'm sure it is
not a priority but for a lower level employee
like this writer the would have a different perspective on an everyday
situation that they are dealing with, plus they
have no input anyway on the bigger economic policies going on behind
the scenes.
According to Shecter there aren't any in the vaults. Each and every
one are merrily flowing through the channels of everyday commerce, as
happily and eagerly accepted by the recipients as dimes and quarters.
