Based on my observations and an eBay search of past auctions, a 2006-P 20th
Anniversary Silver Eagle Reverse Proof from NGC rated as PF 69 sells on eBay
typically anywhere from $170 on the low end and $250 on the high end. Take
a guess as to how much more this seller thinks a blue-banded, one of a kind
(?) label, as opposed to the regular black-banded label should command.
