It's an indication of the poor quality of coin design and engraving that's
around now when this coin is a reproduction of a very old design.

This applies to every country in the world and not just the USA, modern coin
designs are dreadful when compared to those of as little as 50 years ago.
The ultra high relief is interesting and should make them popular with
collectors, if the price is right.. Billy
