1996 Rare Two Colors Penny???

I found this in a penny roll from an old woman but i dont know of its
real error or not? let me know what you think?

Looks like those links will lead to a virus, worm or some other nasty web
critter.

It doesn't - I've checked.

It looks as if the copper cladding is too thin, so the zinc is showing
through.

No virus detected here. Tough call from the picture. It really looks
like some of the original luster remains around the edge, but the
center is just tarnished. Like I said, it's tough to tell from a
picture.

You can get a similar looking penny by taking some old silverware and
dipping it in Tarn-X. After the silverware is cleaned, put a penny in
the solution and the silver ions in the Tarn-X from the removed tarnish
will migrate to the penny and plate it in silver. Nice way to make
"silver" pennies.
