Does this Morgan seem a little high $?

Hey guys! Just wanted an opinion from the more educated in the group.
This seems a little hight for an ungraded Morgan, at least to me.
What do ya'll think?

The auction text is downright pukey. All the hype in the world won't get
you a PCGS slab.
I have no education in numismatics, only experience. My experience tells
me to run, not walk, away from this as fast as I can.

Fuzzy and high contrast pictures are not a good sign. Like many CC
Morgan dollar coins it shows a lot random marks on the coin. I don't
really see why it would be worth more than $200. Claiming that it is
BU doesn't seem to to support the statement that it is 98 - 100% (of
what?). Fuzzy pictures are not evidence that it is uncirculated. A
heightened contrast in the photos suggests that the claim about "cameo
contrast" is just hype.
A nice fellow came to a coin fair in Assen, NL last year with a couple
of boxes full of Carson City dollars in the original GSA plastic
cases. He was happy to accept about $200 for each and I could pick
the ones I liked. I think I picked a nicer 1882 CC than that one.
Look around some more.

Ungraded or not, compare it to this coin at 1/5th the price.

Unless the coin you are interested in is a previously unknown branch
mint proof, I can't see it being worth the asking price.

It may be the prettiest "CC" Morgan I've seen.
