Perhaps you can trade them for a keyboard with a shift key and some punctuation
characters.

As one James to another, I hope you won't judge the newsgroup by the actions
of a few. In spite of any handicap you may have, you obviously have the
ability to identify who is helpful and who is not. There are various ways
to deal with that situation, but the easiest is to just not open any posts
that you believe likely to contain objectionable material. That way your
needs are met without having to make a macho scene in front of everyone.

Stick around, there are more important things than punctuation and
capitalization - coins, for example. One of our most knowledgeable posters
writes the same way you do, and he's a pretty good guy in my book.

Yeah, james is a really nice guy. Threatened me with violence when I
made a similar reply to him.

I suspect you've been duped by an obvious troll.
The ability to communicate in an acceptable fashion IS important.

If you are that stupid, perhaps you should go back to school and get an
education.
Currently you appear to be just a step away from being a drooling imbecile.

i never threatened anyone with violence. i merely suggested that one
should not judge one based upon the way they type and, said i would be
very careful who i made fun of. i could be a cop, i could be nothing. i
left that for him to decide. the reason i did that was simple. i could
of been a violent person. he attacked me first verbally. and he had no
idea if i could track him down or not. my point was simply never say
something bad about a person you do not know. but moving on i been
collecting coins a year now i like the lincoln series anyone else roll
hunt for their stuff monday i got a 1937 S that way. that ends today's
lesson in puncuation tomorrow ill try capitals :)

James D. - stick around RCC. I know there are still some good people
around who would be glad to talk to you about coins.

One tip - it really is easier for us to read your messages, if you
could use punctuation and capitalization. Not 100% necessary - I can
understand your messages, it just takes me a little longer to read -
but, it does help. Just sayin.

Another tip - if you don't like what people on RCC, or any newsgroup
for that matter, you can do basically two things: 1) get a tougher
skin and read and ignore what they say; or, 2) your News Reader should
have a "Plonk" function, whereby you can put that person's name or
profile into a list, and your News Reader will automatically delete
any messages from that person. It's a very handy tool with News
Readers. You can get rid of all the crap posts and posters who rant
about sex, drugs, politics - or whatever.

I haven't been a collector of Lincolns, ever, really. I do have a bag
full of Wheaties and Steelies that I have saved over the past 30
years. I always look through my pocket change, and if I find a
Wheatie, I throw it in the bag. I always intended to look through that
bag with my kids to see what I might find, and to start a collection
for each of my kids. But, life gets in the way of my hobbies, and that
bag still sits, unsearched.

Now, some here seem to think you might be a troll poster. If so, I
guess I fell into the trap, for this one post. If not, I hope you stay
around and learn from and contribute to RCC.

I was sympathetic to the OP until the above quoted response, particularly:

"i never threatened anyone with violence. i merely suggested that one

very careful who i made fun of. i could be a cop, i could be nothing. i

Seems quite articulate, well structured and for the most part, correctly
punctuated.
Only missing caps. After this he falls back into "special ed" mode. Guess
I'm on the
fence for now.

No fence sitting required. The OP was/is a troll.
Dimwits like Mr. Jaggers only encourage him.
