That coin has corrosion around the legend, and is just about VF in quality.

If you want to see a seriously uncirculated shilling have a look at

By the way, 1854 is one of the scarcest Victorian shillings.

I cannot understand how anyone could call the ebay item anything like
uncirculated!

Well, at least he didn't self slab it and call it MS70 like certain
sellers do.
