2009 silver proof set arrived -- milky haze on half of two cent reverses

The 2009 silver proof set arrived today. I was happy with it until I
looked at the reverse of the four Lincoln cents. On two of them (the
log cabin and the capital under construction), on the entire lower half
of the reverse, is a milky-white haze. It almost perfectly covers the
lower half of each reverse, almost as if it was meant to be like that,
or almost as if they had been hand-dipped into something. Is anyone
else seeing this?
