I would be very careful with this one. There are countless forgeries in NGC
and PCGS holders coming from China.

In fact, check the seller's username - sounds Chinese to me.

More importantly, I tried verifying the certificate number here:
http://www.pcgs.com/cert/
Try entering "115934383" and it will tell you "Please enter a Cert Number!"

I am reporting this to eBay.

Sorry, the message you get from PCGS is "Not a valid cert number." I made a
copy/paste error in my previous post.

I saw that. WIth some significant bids already. What are some people

It helps to put in the right number 11593483 which comes up with a valid
cetrt,

However, all of this person's transactions have been in Chinese with
payments in a few Hong Kong Dollars. And suddenly he comes up with a U. S.
coin worth $5000 or so and doesn't seem to know the difference between a
cent and a dollar.
