Note: this auction is for a single coin, NOT the entire mintage. But--
you get free shipping!!
Amazingly, this seller has feedback of 5762, though we have no idea
what it is for because all auctions are Private, but apparently it is
mostly old Nazi-era coins and stamps. (As if you needed another
reason to avoid Private auctions...)

I can't imagine why you would want to "avoid Private auctions".
They are conducted exactly the same as non private auctions, with exactly the
same buyer protection offered by eBay.
The only difference is that people can't look at your feedback to see what
you've been winning.
Nazi-era coins and stamps are popular collectibles - I see no onus in selling
them.
Only $200 in ebay Bucks??? Rather chintzy, IMHO.
I've gotten some nice stuff from private auctions. David Seaman runs
mostly private auctions, and he's a solid name dealer in British
stuff.

My history must have failed me again, but I was unaware that 1937 was
the height of WWII.
Oddly, I have a few of these coins, in similar condition, from the MPO
junk box and purchased at about 1 Euro ...
