1923 10 kopeks value?

I acquired a 1923 10 Kopek piece from a cashier around 5 years ago, I
was recently wondering the value.

The Coin is worn it looks as if it had been used since minting all
markings are visible. What I assume is face reads (from what a
facebook friend says) Proletarians of all countries Unite, around
hammer and sickle. The back is numerical value and year 1923. I cannot
find any form of mint stamp for I am ignorant of what or where it
would be found..

I have not intention of selling the piece just for a ball park
estimate of the value.

In spite of my microscopic knowledge of the Russian language, the first word
of the legend does indeed look like some version of "proletariat." The
letters beneath the design stand for Russian Soviet Federated Socialist
Republic, the official name of the country before it became the CCCP, or as
we make it, the USSR.

There were over 33 million of them coined. According to the latest world
coin catalog, its retail value is around $5.00 in average circulated
condition. No mention is made of the mint name or location.
