Ebay listing - sign of the economy - selling gold

Haven't been on rcc since bellsouth dropped newsgroups. Hope everyone
has been doing allright numismatically. I have a listing starting
today, selling some gold as a lot. Nine coins in all, not all in
perfect condition, but I think the photos and descriptions show their
true conditions and flaws. Please take a look, my user name is still
jahnen. I do have a reserve to protect myself and hope to collect
payment through a money order or personal check to avoid the high
paypal fees.

Welcome back, John. A LOT of the old crowd moved on, especially after
the epidemic of trolls that about killed RCC a few short years back.
Fortunately or not, common sense and our own rule, "Feed not the
trolls," won out. Eventually they found out they weren't having the
impact they wanted, so they went away.

A few of us die-hards stuck it out and continued to discuss coins, in
spite of the constant interruptions. Some have changed their screen
names, but all in all, we're still a pretty active bunch. And the
flame wars have gotten MUCH mellower. We still disagree on certain
topics but the viciousness seems to be gone.

Again, nice to have you back.
