I think that the question is what you are willing to pay for a fairly
good picture from someone with a good, but quite limited track
record, He appears to have only traded coins once before.
At most, apart from the picture, he claims that he knows 2 people that
think it is real. He does not say how he obtained the picture. It
might be a good question. Note that the enlarged version is the same
size as the normal size.

I think that due to the picture size and quality, and not being able
to identify the pick-up points, this is a gamble. Ask for a better
picture. If I was the seller, I would have it slabbed. Then again, at
the current bid of <$20, the downside is minimal.

I think there is a strong possiblility it was made in China.
I would never buy a high end coin like that uncertified.

(early) and the received this message (today) from eBay:
