Listing PCGS Genuine Coins Without Mentioning the Problem

I have a real problem with listing a coin in a PCGS problem slab without
mentioning the cleaning. I think sellers are ethically bound to disclose
all problems. Futhermore giving an opinion "Looks MS64 to us" mislead the
buyer into thinking this is more than a cleaned coin worth little more than
melt. $1350 is outrageous.

Doesn't everyone know that "Genuine" means un-gradable? If you look
the coin up on the PCGS site it will give details to who it wasn't
graded.

I agree the price was outrageous and he should have disclosed why PCGS
gave it a genuine rating. But buyers also have a responsibility to be
informed to how PCGS ratings work.

I do not want to get into a published battle with PCGS on their opinions on
specific coins.

For that matter, PCGS disagrees with themselves occasionally.

I do not believe that I lose the right to my opinion because someone else
has given theirs, nor do I surrender my rights to price coins as I see them.
