Will trade my Denver state quarters for Philadelphia ones

I am missing the following Philadelphia state quarters from my
collection:
2003 - Maine, Missouri
2004 - Texas, Washington
2005 - California, Minnesota, Kansas, West Virginia
2006 - Nevada, Nebraska, North Dakota
2007 - Montana, Washington, Wyoming
2008 - Oklahoma, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii

I have the following Denver coins to trade (presumably on a
one-for-one basis):
1999 - Denver, Connecticut, Georgia
2000 - all
2001 - all except Kentucky
2002 - Tennessee, Ohio
2003 - Alabama, Missouri, Arkansas
2004 - Wisconsin
2005 - all except Minnesota
2006 - all
2007 - all except Montana
2008 - New Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii

I have been burned one too many times in previous trades, and would
prefer somebody who is able to go to a post office and send with
Delivery Confirmation in case the Post Office claims that they were
delivered when they were not.
