Ebay has no right to tell Canadians how to grade coins

suspension for about the forth or more times for describing the coins I sell
properly. I have lodged a complaint with the Canadian Competition Bureau
regarding this matter.
Being a seller on eBay makes me a customer of eBay's. EBay wants us to
create better service to buyers and yet eBay does not lead by example. I am
a seller and a buyer on eBay and I am treated like dirt by eBay. It started
when eBay gave special rights to a select few US coin grading companies,
telling sellers of ICCS coins listed on the US site that the coins are
COUNTERFEIT! I have had my listinmgs removed again and again and been
threatened with suspension and referral to the ANA (of which I am not, nor
NEVER would be a member) and/or LAW ENFORCEMENT if I continue to describe
the coins I sell with proper descriptions. These US companies do not know
how to deal in Canadian Coins and I am a Canadian and we are supposed to be
exempt from the unfair policy eBay instituted on sellers of coins. ICCS has
NEVER graded a coin 70...yet the American companies do so and claim that
very common modern coins are worth $10,000 as "condition rarities." WHO
INDEED IS THE CROOK? As a seller I am responsible for how I list items for
sale. So eBay is censoring how I describe coins on my site, so are you
taking the responsibility for the way I list my items? Or please give me an
alternative on how I my description of a Brilliant Uncirculated 60 twenty
five cent coin if I am not allowed to abbreviate "BU60". How to you
"properly describe" an ICCS 65PL without naming the company that graded it
such?

Especially since ebay.ca allows the listing of ICCS and CCCS coins, as a
simple search for either of those terms would reveal.

How did you sell your coins before eBay came along? You may just have to
decide if it's more to your advantage to figure out and play by eBay's
rules, or to go back to the way you did business before eBay. Whining here
about perceived injustices as an eBay seller has become pretty much passé.
If you simply can't live with eBay's policies, there's a very simple
solution.

Hold on a minute... did you not get the memo? A bunch of us get together
