Type "coins" into the ClipArt search box, click the down arrow in the
gold Search bar next to it, select Photographs. You'll get the usual
assortment of mediocre free MS offerings but a few don't look too bad.

The links lead to enlargements of coins, which, once saved to hard drive,
can be used as desktop wallpaper. I figure that is what the OP was looking
for. We'll see.

The poster can use Google>Images>(search term) and insert a term like
"pile of coins" and find a multiplicity of images. The poster can
then right click on the image and then click "Set Image As Desktop
Background". Since the result is for single personal use, it should
not violate any copyright (if there is one) of the image.

Better is to actually take a photograph of an array of coins and use
that for wallpaper. Steps for using your own image as wallpaper are

There are plenty of images on the US Mint's web site. Check the
Historical and Press Image sections.

I'm currently using an edited image of the Bald Eagle half dollar. I
shifted the image to the right so there was a blank area for the icons
on the left. I then put my name on the egg, copying the letters from a
2006 Benjamin Franklin coin. There were not that many commemorative
coins with a "J". :)

The right image and a few minutes with a graphics program can give you
a nice customized wallpaper.
