Older bills are still out there. While getting a bunch of $5's for
work for change, there was a pretty beat-up National Bank Note (Red
Seal). I gave it out in change and got a strange look from the
customer. I asked her if she wanted a newer bill, but she said it was
cool and was going to keep it. I didn't have the heart to tell her it
was only worth five bucks (like I said, it was pretty beat).
