This is the same guy who was offering Ike dollars for a buck & free
shipping.
I suspect he is simply trying to build his eBay rating back up so he
can be a Power Seller.
He sells 40% and 90% silver coins and I believe BU JFK's too. So I
would assume the face value JFK's are circulated clad coins. But as he
said in one of his emails it is better than returning them to the bank
and then likely getting the same coins back the next time he buys JFKs
from the bank.
thats true.... however all silver JFKs i get from the bank i kepp no
matter the condition.... wheter they are 40 or 90 percent silver.... I
got a 1976 roll of JFKs from my bank in the original roll ..... that
was a shock to the teller as she pulled them from the vault just for
me.... my bank tellers tend to save that kind of stuff for me... HAHA
My bank teller saves old currency for me. She has never found anything
of great value, but the best find so far has been a 1928 B, Ten Dollar
Dollar Federal Reserve note. I hope some day she finds me a Gold
certificate :D
