... the tail end of a deal I bought last year).
Closing tomorrow night, September 9th:
Twelve lots of BEP souvenir cards featuring both the face and back
of the same banknote on separate cards.
SNEAK PEEK: closing next week ... LOTS of better BEP souvenir
cards (I took great advantage of eBay's 100 free insertions this
week!) and several lots of U. S. and world numismatic literature.

I do sell a good number of "better" (i. e., more expensive)
BEP souvenir cards, but almost exclusively from my website
and orders from my snail-mail Fixed Price List.
eBay is a "vast wasteland" for souvenir cards, with too
many sellers out for the quick buck (buying stuff for
cents on the dollar and selling it at dimes on the dollar).
The marketing phrase "dirtying the brand" comes to mind ...
Over the past year, I've probably bought more souvenir cards
on eBay than I've sold ... But with eBay's recent 100 free
listings, I decided to take a shot and list fifty or so
"better" cards. Hopefully some haven't been "dirtied" lately
and I'll actually manage to sell a few. I haven't seen too
many of the early proofs nor the Missississississippi Flood
Relief card listed on eBay, so perhaps some "reel buyerz"
will come out of the woodwork for this offering. One can
hope, anyway ...
