A 1943 US copper cent? Last one I recall seeing made available was a San
Fran issue almost 2 years ago. It was a good sale, the Heritage NY ANA on
7/31/97. It was lot 5919 and didn't sell. It was graded AU55 by NGC,
which many agree was grossly overgraded. Also in that sale were a pair of
steel 1944 cents: lot 5920 1944 NGC 58 sold for $5750 and lot 5921 1944-D
NGC 62 which didn't sell.

they have little value as hundreds of millions of them were made.
www.coin-universe.com has a price guide of most US coins if you are interested.
In circulated condition they are worth 25-50 cents each.
