This Taitz woman is nuts. She has already had multiple lawsuits dismissed
as frivolous. When a judge calls an argument "ridiculous" or "frivolous,"
it is absolutely the worst thing the judge could say. It means that the
person arguing the position has absolutely no idea of what he is doing, and
has completely wasted everyone's time. It doesn't mean that the case wasn't
well argued, or that judge simply decided for the other side, it means that
there was no other side. The argument was absolutely, positively,
incompetent. The judge is not telling you that you were "wrong." The judge
is telling you that you are out of your mind.

States in contempt, the state judicial system was a savior of
American justice. Then when the evidence presented by the petitioners
was found insufficient, you threaten them with impeachement, think

March 1977 to a man born in 1890. P V as another New Englander you know
our S S numbers begin with a zero. So the ZERO who had worked in HI at
Baskin Robbins as a kid, gets a Connecticutt number? So did he make a
pitstop when he left NYC on his way from Columbia to Harvard and just happen
to apply on the men's room wall? What about the Selective Service
registration, that wasn't registered til 2007? Now would anyone of us get
away with that? Would my Navy husband, sons and grandson get away with that
by bypassing the law when they turned 18, and applying/registering when they

all kinds of bogus excuses. It's one of the reasons Michelle Bachmann lost
me last spring when she sputtered and stuttered on a t v interview when

I dont understand how Obama did not lose since Obama didn't show up to
defend hisself wouldnt the judge of automatly ruled for Orley Taitz becaue
one time I got sited for my grass too tall and I missed the hearing and I
got an automatic fine. Now, as far as the 14th amendment goes all that
means is that anyone born here who's parents are from a different country
that the baby is a U. S. citizen not a natural born citizen and that is what
most people do not understand and in addition to that the baby would of had
dual citizenship which is also prohibited per the constitution. Back when
Obama ran for the Senate there was an article in a local Chicago paper which
states Obama was born in Kenya and would of never been eligable to run for
the president and Keys reminded him that he was not eligible for the
presidency and Obama agreed to this and commented that he was only running

Are you saying she synthesized in a laboratory somewhere?
Does Michelle Obama (nee Robinson) have any past? Is there any indication
that she has been living with anyone since October 1992?

parents born as U.S. citizens didn't sink in, and "ditto-head" for the
other posts here showing that Obama is eligible, listen up. Wikipedia
spells it out clearly (although you undoubtedly will have to struggle with
many words of more than one syllable):
"The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and
various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning.
The Congressional Research Service has stated that the weight of scholarly
legal and historical opinion indicates that the term means one who is
entitled under the Constitution or laws of the United States to U.S.
citizenship "at birth" or "by birth," including any child born "in" the
United States (other than to foreign diplomats serving their country), the
children of United States citizens born abroad, and those born abroad of
one citizen parent who has met U.S. residency requirements."
So the burden of proof really is to show that Obama does not meet any one
of the three conditions after the word "including". Which means that
you're barking up the wrong tree, Fido. Don't hold your breath waiting for
anyone to meet that burden of proof.

paranoid anti-Obama screed. First, what he said was:
"The executive branch also needs to change. Too often, it's inefficient,
outdated and remote. That's why I've asked this Congress to grant me the
authority to consolidate the federal bureaucracy, so that our government is
leaner, quicker, and more responsive to the needs of the American people."
Nothing there about conbining (sic) "all the branches of government under
one roof". In case the meaning of that escapes you, he's not planning
ANYTHING to put the legislative and judicial branches "under his thumb".
And the Executive Branch already is combined under his authority. So he's
talking about combining and hence streamlining various bits and pieces of
the *Executive Branch* to better serve their missions. For example,
earlier in the speech he said:
"And I want to cut through the maze of confusing training programs, so that
from now on, people like Jackie have one program, one website, and one
place to go for all the information and help that they need. It is time to
turn our unemployment system into a reemployment system that puts people to
work."
Streamling the bureaucracy is a long-standing theme of every president's

That is the proper context for Obama's SOTU remark.
Sorry to burst your ditto-head's bubble-headed bubble, but if you're going
to go around squealing about bogey-men, stop claiming that they're in the
White House. You're much more likely to find them lurking under your bed
at night, in your closet when you're alone, or in that special place in
your ditto-head where you keep all your other mental cooties.

Technically, that last remark of yours doesn't cross the legal line; but
it's code language where your meaning and intent (a veiled call to arms
against Obama "if this goes on") are crystal clear. Despite all the
ditto-head rants, Obama isn't the traitor. But by intent if not by action,
you're treading along the slippery slope to treason. (And don't bother
denying it. Any claim that it was only meant as a "benign comment" isn't
going to pass the smell test for anyone familiar with right-wing
code-speak.)
