This seller becomes even more suspicious when you look at his recent negative. Apparently
he sent a registered letter to Germany to "pay" for a coin that was empty, then tried to claim
the seller "ripped him off".

He also claims that it is a restrike of a "Reichel." Coincidentally, there is
(was recently?) an exhibit of Jacob Reichel's works in the Hermitage in St.
Petersburg.
