Hi

This coin is a replica and advertised as one but I can't find the
original listed in Krause. I have the 2005 edition of world coins.
Can anybody help me locate it in the book?

Thanks

Patrick

The Krause world coin catalogs do not list U. S. pattern coinage.

To find out any information on this coin, you'll have to consult
a U. S. reference such as the Redbook ("A Guidebook of U. S. Coins")
or the Judd pattern book ("U. S. Pattern Coins, Experimental ang
Trial Pieces"). The particular item referenced is J-1905, and it
is listed in the Redbook in the "Significant Patterns" section.

On-line, try

Hi

I appreciate the answer. I don't feel so stupid now that I couldn't
find it.

Thanks
