OK,

here's the problem. Bright red shoes. Shiny new leather. A long hot
day on the rock and my feet and toenails are stained bright red.
Actually even a few sweaty hours in the gym will cause it. This can
lead to some downright embarassing looks and mumbled explanations ("no
really, I'm a studly climber"). What's a climber to do? By the time I
have gotten the coloring out - the rubber's shot.

I've tried soaking, scrubbing, soaping. Anyone have any ideas other
than getting manufacturers to start using undyed leather?

Thanks!

Tell 'em, "I put my foot up that guy's ass so high, it be cryin'.
Yeaaaah, and you thought it was blood!"

Now go get your climb on.
