Quick summary from what I have seen so far:
Lost control of the rudder
120 miles West of Dutch Harbor, Alaska
Began taking on water ~3am
6-8 foot seas
30mph winds
Crew abandoned ship shortly afterwards
4 crew members lost
43 crew members recovered safely and on their way back to Dutch Harbor
on a Coast Guard vessel and another fishing vessel.
Condolences to the crew and families of the Alaska Ranger.

Bad deal, man....Losing anyone is bad, but I'm sure the others would
consider themselves lucky.

Its a factory ship. One of the HD channels had a show on one of
the processors, I want to say it was the Alaska Spirit, but that
could be way wrong.
Its amazing how much they cram onto those boats. Huge nets and
the stuff to pull them in, massive engine and a factory floor
crammed full of belts and slicers and washers and freezers.

Yeah, after I got to thinking, I thought it probably was a processing
ship.
