That must be why the same ship, on an announced worldwide goodwill and
exchange of ideas tour, also visited Italy and Vietnam and about 10
other countries.

The Chinese don't need to project military power via a training ship to
obtain the oil they need on world markets. They have the wherewithal in
currency, goods and services to buy what they need.

It's hard to imagine what it must be like to go through life as
ignorant, pig-headed, ill-informed and stupid as you are, little boy-man.
