Mercruiser steering problem

steering - the cable is fine but the rod at the engines seems to be
frozen - pin on the end is rusted. The rod is clean -
what is the fix or where is there an on line shop manual I can view?

If you can find the part number for the cylinder and model year of your Sea
Ray, I can check if the item is still in production and where you may find
one.
