Either way it;'s a bad deal. I dont' see how people feel they can get
by with drinking and driving.

released after the results of a breathalyzer test at the police
station were under the legal limit."
however she has posted a $5000.00 bail and another source states: That
a "December 21 court date has been set"

I know, Gene. But you posted it to say Miss Kerry was not guilty of
DUI.
