One of the delights of the recent Mac operating systems is the ease with
which you can "migrate" everything on one Mac to another Mac, and while
in that process, pick and choose if you wish. The one time I tried an
exercise like this on two Windoze machines, it was...somewhat less than
satisfactory.

Curious about your need for such apparent massive "updates" on Win 7. I
installed it on my iMac so I can run some Garmin software for which
there is no Mac equivalent, and once I installed "7" it only required
minor updates from Windows Update.

Windows 7 runs nicely under VMware Fusion 3.
