I'm wondering what boat, what paddling apparatus and what fishing rod
holder this guy is using. Looks like a sweet set up...

In some pix. Later on, after the dog is aboard, they're
right-side-up.

I'm guessing they can be changed on-the-fly. Probably easier to
paddle with them "up", more stable with them "down".
