It's rather emotional, particularly those appeals fall on deaf ears
among our "political masters." That's a term I use all the time and
that's the term he used. We have a masters and we are sort of dogs...
"Woof, woof, grrrr." Those are the words, sounds or barks that I use
to appeal to our masters. My chihuahua actually cries, so I don't want
to break the bad news to him.

And NYC is not immune to these storms so don't say the Filipino are a
bunch of whiners. Where's karma?

Think about it: Philippines suffers a population explosion (thank the
Church for it) and with the effect of Climate Change, there will be
another country ready to export millions of immigrants.
Think of all the countries that will go through the same fate as Haiti
and will wash up on the rich north.
Look how funny this situation is:
