I'd recommend the Davis Mark 25 plastic sextant, the one with the
vernier adjusting knob.
You might be able to pick one up on EBAY.

It looks interesting but at 4 inches high seems a bit too small to
actually use. I've owned a plastic Davis for a long time and it has
about the same size and feel as a real sextant.
