can Pettit Shipendec marine paint be tinted ?

If yes, how ?
I am the recipient of several hundred cans of this paint and know
nothing about it and am more interested in user experience than Pettit's
pronouncements.
It is an alkyd enamel. Is this good stuff ?
Where have you had successful/satisfactory experience with it ?
