Remember that steel boats rust from the inside out.I'm working on a
vessel(Holland 28) she is 35 years old and the hull is about 97% sound
inside and out they covered the inside with styrofoam , the only places
that showed surface rust was where the air and water(condensation )
collected. They recommend that you prime as soon as possible, on the
out side use 2 different colours of prime this lets you know how far
down you have worn the primer(scratching)
