I am looking for a retail source of marine plywood in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

I have an 1988 run-about and I need to do some repairs on the interior. The boat is a Wellcraft and the plywood under the side-panels is falling apart.

Also any recommendations as to we to get boat seat-cover material would also be appreciated.

And you want to replace it with plywood which will fall apart again? It's
wort the effort to look for XL plywood for this appliciation:

Call them and ask for a local distributor... They'll probably give you a
wholesaler, you can call them and get a retail dealer.

Most any decent size fabric store will carry marine vinyl. Too bad you
missed the Memorial day sales, I scored 12 yards of burgundy marine vinyl
for $4.50 a yard. :)
