Thank you for the pictures. I just saw a Female Oriole for the first time in
my life. I wasn't sure it was as I only caught a fleeting glimpse as it flew
up into a tree, but your picture looks exactly like it

I lived there for 33 years and probably only saw them once. ..(But I did
see Frank Robinson hit it out of the park on 33rd st.)..
They are very common here in the fall on their migration. Many stay here
all winter. We had seven from October through April.
