Does anyone have a recommendation for a heated bird bath for our
feathered friends during the cold season.

I use a GulfStream Model 2600 made by Nelson Manufacturing. It sells
for between 40 and 50 dollars (US)

Ours looks kindasorta like this--a daughter gave it to me years ago and
I am unwilling to unmount it ti see if the model info is visible.

I recall that it was pricey, but it has been through several Nebraska
winters (15? 18?).

We also have a cast concrete one, but it isn't heated. (Dark gray--much
sun at all melts it if the temperatures are near freezing.)

Use a heated dog water bowl, it works great. I place a large rock
inside the bowl and fill it about half way with water.

I buy them at Wal-Mart for around $20.
