I've seen juncos, but no titmice yet...

The seed block on the front deck is yet untouched, but I am seeing activity
again on my pole feeder and the suet block.

And I did finally find my other missing suet feeder.

And what are the juncos doing flitting around my brush pile?

Strange -- I've had them here, only a hundred? miles west of you, for maybe
six weeks or more.

As long as they're not doing "The Fish," "The Shimmy," or "The Mashed
Potatoes," I'm sure they're ok.

Being a type of sparrow, they like brush piles too. I see them running
in and out from under my back trees ... kinda sorta like a brush pile
under there.

And most of the stuff is this year's "crop". I had DD do a lot of pruning.
(figured if she needed to work on arm strength, a bow saw wasn't a bad way
to do it)

I've been having "cat issues" and was wondering if that was part of the
problem.

The way that girl's been getting injured lately and you trust her with a
bow saw?!?!

I'm not sure who's more brave (or foolish): her or you! ;) ;) ;)

Well, now that the extra stress of my dad illness and the funeral is over,
I hoping the injuries quiet down. And she learns to take a check better.
(though the last one would have felled an 100 yo oak)

And the bow saw kept her busy, got the nasty pruning done and built her
upper body strength.
