was looking for a tech DIY shade tree crack mmethod maybe 2-3 steps above looking at a highly scrubbed with detergent and CHOH, soft brush-use a soft brush or ?-cleaned piece thru a magnifier under strong light ?

anyone know of a golden hammer winner for this ?

There is a product for industry, but I can't remember the name.

Its a spray can of florescent dye - spray on and let dry, then illuminate
with UV lamp.

Any cracks show up so you can't miss them.

there is or was a tome listing early industrial chemical compounds...like how to mix brass cleaner from what you have in the garage and yard. You know, a basic DIY approach very close to the woodstain.

What's attracted to aluminum is the next search. Film at 11.

hmmmm I haven't tried dye on spokes or hubs or rims.

what's it look like ?
