It's kind of hard to see how Roman's gonna make up 3 hours on the Champs tomorrow.

Best young Amerikan prospect.

He'll have to be super motivated.

TD isn't young. There are quite a few young Americans who have far
more potential than TD at his advancing age. Tejay is one that comes
to mind.

Irony loves company

Anyway he (Van Garderen) is another one who could do with getting out of
HTC so he can save his efforts for the GC instead of leading out Cavendish.

No news of any new title sponsor yet, maybe they'll all be getting out anyway.
Apart from that here's a good reason to stay?

HTC's problem is they're a one trick pony and, if rumours are to be
believed their pony may be contemplating flying the coop before they can
close the stable door (I love putting metaphors in a food blender).

Although I do wonder if Cavendish will get the same dedicated leadout
train at Sky that he got at HTC, since Sky may have other priorities.

And even if they do give him a dedicated train it won't be as good as
HTC's...fucking stupendous again today.

Not exactly. HTC wins all over the circuit,
and wisely do not make any effort to compete
for TdF GC.

Cavendish will have to reinvent his scheme at Sky.
I expect a war of words.
