It looks like the "Freds" include the French public prosecutor...

And pretty much all of the French riders.

I can easily understand why you selectively quote L'Equipe.
Here's the complete article.
I provided a link, didn't I? And I cited the portion that indicates
that the French public prosecutor didn't see any point in bringing
charges against Floyd. All the articles cite Frederik-Karel Canoy, who
in fact has scant connection with the Landis case. It was Canoy's
representation of small shareholders in the Vivendi affair that
allegedly made him the target of hacker Alain Quiros, the same hacker
who's accused of breaking into the lab's computers. In other words,
we do not have an official source indicating that a trial is on the
docket.
ragots. Tout de bon.
I love Cole Porter. It's De-lovely is wonderful. I didn't know AFLD
was trying to get in on his act, but then again everybody was.

Must be painful, seeing Armstrong's vanquisher, indicted prior to the
Anti-Christ being brought to divine justice. I bleed for you.
Brad Anders
Wrong? About what?
You said Landis was going to get jail time, that he wouldn't get jail
time, that he'd be prosecuted and that he wouldn't because they wouldn't
extradite him. Was it some piece of that that someone argued with or was
it some different position?
This is the problem with being a candyass, Brian. You end up being right
once and wrong a dozen times on every topic.
Kindly ensure the haemocrit level abides by rbr standards of at least 50.
Will the Armstrong legal/publicity team have as much sympathy for
Floyd? Not that Floyd would necessarily understand any better if the
trial was in English.
"How he was served struck me as a little peculiar," Miller told the
Los Angeles Times. "It was effected on a guy at a charity ride who was
going to leave Texas for a vacation with his girlfriend. A guy from
Ukraine who doesn't speak great English and didn't really understand
what was going on.
I don't suppose L's trial is going to be held in an attic ?
I'm certain that the government had a translator ready to assist Popo in
the grand jury room. Does Miller speak Ukrainian?
About as well as you comprehend English.
