I haven't seen anyone else mention this but you can track and monitor HTC riders on

I hear they have to carry these extra battery packs to keep the phone
charged, but they have a Therapeutic Use Exemption from the UCI that
gets them round the X-ray checks.

Chort. Now me: WADA is using this as a pilot program. Next year the
pros will have to use these 24/7. They're calling it the Rasmussen
Device.
