Will Ochowicz punish Hincapie (by leaving him off the Tour team?)
because he testified before the grand jury that Lance is a doper and a
complete fraud which will likely be the linchpin testimony that sends
Lance to the bighouse? I think Och will...Och retaliated against former
USA Cycling CEO Gerard Bisceglia and got him fired with the help of
Weisel soldier Steve Johnson.

You know Och is gonna punish Hincapie in some major way...Lance already
had a sit down and put the hit out for it. And Och, being the Made Man
he is in the Lance Family will be obligated to carry out the boss'
orders or risk losing his Capo status.

But getting back to my original hypothesis - Lance would likely have made that phone call, but
because of the recent Tyler incident at Cache Cache, Lance's lawyers probably warned him not to
do it. But Lance will certainly seek to have a sit down with Och and they'll likely keep him out
of Paris Roubaix or something. I'm sorry, but Och works for Weisel, and there's no fucking way
Hincapie is walking away from his rat grand jury testimony without 2 broken legs and a new pair
of cement shoes.

Lance and his defense team knows that Tyler and Landis could be ass-raped on cross-examination,
but not Hincapie. Hincapie is the guy who will send Lance to prison.

Och and Lance must be livid right now. Weisel too. Trust me. If you know how the Weisel
Syndicate operates, they blacklist and beat-up anyone who turns on them. And Hincapie's
testimony are the proverbial nails in Lance's coffin.

My question still stands: What will Och do to retaliate against Georgio?

Funny that someone as powerful as Weisel couldn't have done anything
about Floyd then. There were certainly opportunities, both to buy him
off or break his legs. Heck, why not just mess with the dials on his
sludgemeter so he doesn't realize his hematocrit's at 65 and he goes to
bed and never wakes up?

But the one thing many here agree on is that George is the guy who can
bring Lance down. Prison though? Not too likely.

And where the heck is the new Walsh book??? What's he waiting for?

Is doping for a bike race illegal?

What are you talking about - Lance did call up Buckwheat (Rashan Bahati) and tell him to fire

Weisel rarely makes the calls himself because (1) he's somewhat neutered now that Postal folded and
the marionette puppet strings he pulls over USA Cycling are not widely known to even those in the

I can just imagine Lance speed dialing pols on his cell phone calling up Bill Clinton and other

Please, the Tour starts on Saturday. I realize you don't want to
peak early, but if you want anyone to take you seriously you need
to seriously step it up.

The odds of Novitsky coming after LANCE for possession are zero.
Thomas wasn't hit with that, Bonds wasn't, Marion Jones wasn't. And
even if Novitsky swallowed his pride, at some point he'd need to
provide some sort of firm evidence like a police bust or cell phone
pictures like Leogrande at the fridge with vials of EPO. If Hincapie
tells the judge LANCE took dope and encouraged others to dope and
LANCE says it's horseshit, that will clear him in every jurisdiction
except the fucked up one between Lafferty's ears.

And hitting LANCE for fraud for delivering more value to US Postal
than otherwise would be the case is evidence that you are slacking
off on your preparation.

July is just around the corner. Step it up or hit the road. I don't
have time for this.

peak early, but if you want anyone to take you seriously you need

The odds of Novitsky coming after LANCE for possession are zero.

Maybe in 1999, the odds are zero, but after convening a grand jury and spending $10 million on this investigation, the odds are considerably higher.  And considering Novitzky has a 100% conviction rate for big-name athletes for doping, your claim that the odds are zero is not good.

Let me help you out here since you seem to have some problems understanding how this case is gonna go down.  Novitzky is gonna use the possession of doping products to make a conspiracy and racketeering case.  So although he likely won't have jurisdiction to make a possession case, it will be a material fact to proving the rest of the case.

And then you got Travis "Tiger" Tygart who in fact will go after Lance and convict him of doping.  Lance will be stripped of at least 1 Tour win.  And don't think for one minute that doing that won't grab headlines and be just as bad for Lance as being convicted of some crime.

If Lance loses any of his Tour wins because of a doping conviction, his legacy is gone.  Travis Tygart is gonna file charges and this whole house in Dripping Springs is gonna melt away like a popsicle on a hot Austin street.

Lance will never testify in a trial and so there will never be any refutation by Lance of any of the damning allegations made against him at trial.  It's the same mistake all criminal defendants make...from Martha Stewart to Jeffrey Skilling to you name it....the jury will convict Lance and say...."if only we had heard from Lance maybe we could have acquitted him."  But Lance's lawyers will never allow him to take the stand because Big Tex is carrying too much baggage on this non-stop flight to Club Fed.

And hitting LANCE for fraud for delivering more value to US Postal
than otherwise would be the case is evidence that you are slacking
off on your preparation.

Are you subtracting all the negative publicity from being linked to doping...you know the THOUSANDS of articles in publications like the NY Times, LA Times, and Sports Illustrated that say he's a fraud not to mention the 60 Minutes national story that was referenced and rebroadcast a gazillion times by every single CBS, NBC, and ABC affiliate in the country if not the world?  Google "Lance doping" and tell me what 8 figure number of hits comes up, AssClown.

The U.S. Postal Service is a fraudulent service as far as I'm concerned.  Because of Lance.  Hell, even Tyler said Lance Fed Ex'ed him the EPO on 60 Minutes.  Why not use U.S. Postal Overnight Express Delivery if it was so fucking reliable?

Dumbasses,

Och can't leave Hincapie off the Tour team. As you know,
Novitsky's investigation is aimed at bringing down Weisel
and Ochowicz (Lance is just a sideshow). If Och takes action
against Georgie, that would be retaliation and witness tampering,
and the FBI takes that very seriously.

Novitsky doesn't have a 100% conviction rate for doping.
Prosecutors fed by Novitsky have a conviction rate for
ancillary charges associated with lying about doping, or
covering up doping, or writing bad checks. Nobody's gotten
convicted for doping. Partly because it's hard to prove, and
partly because it isn't illegal.

Travis Tygart can't "convict" Texas Lech of anything. Tygart
isn't a prosecutor and a USADA hearing isn't a court.
However, Tygart might be able to make Jan Ullrich the
retroactive winner of another Tour de France or two,
That would be pretty cool and a major victory in the
War on Dope.

But I don't think it will happen.

Tygart is building his case against Lance. And he will file doping charges. I'm
100% positive. It's gonna be the OJ Simpson case of doping cases. It's gonna
