Thanks,

Magilla

This is karma for Phil Zajicek.  He's the doper that USADA prosecuted by got off because USADA didn't have subpoena power to get his harddrives and UPS/mail records....whereas in the O'Bee case USADA got that information because O'Bee's ex-girlfriend turned over her computer to USADA (a computer that O'Bee also used), and they were able to hire a computer forensic expert to prove their case.

It is interesting to know that O'Bee essentially used the same defense that Chuck Fucking Coyle used....that he didn't order it, that he never received such a package, etc.  But USADA proved he did order it, and the dope was delivered to his address.

Coyle and Zajicek.are only allowed to claim plausible deniability because USADA couldn't get their harddrives.

Bastards,

Magilla

Here's the reference to genius O'Bee photographed holding EPO
.
.

"The panel concluded that the athlete's denials were not credible in
light of circumstantial evidence of his use of rhEPO, including photos
of him holding vials of rhEPO and his signature on a UPS receipt for
rhEPO."
