And a Cipo quote:
"When asked who would win a dash to the line between him (in his
prime) and current British sprint star Mark Cavendish, the Tuscan
said: "Every racer thinks he will win and when you don't you always
have an excuse - a team-mate didn't work hard enough or you weren't
feeling great - but I'd beat Cavendish." "

Translation: It's not about the size of the penis, there are more
important things in life, but my dick is way bigger.

I'd love to see a super-annuated Pro Tour. Fook all of the young
dopers - bring back the old ones! The ones that did it with panache,
orange juice, and some smokes to clear the lungs.

I also like this year's Tour schedule - should be interesting.

3 July: Stage Two - Les Essarts, 23km (team time trial)
4 July: Stage Three - Olonne-sur-Mer - Redon, 198km
5 July: Stage Four - Lorient - Mur-de-Bretagne, 172km
6 July: Stage Five - Carhaix - Cap Frehel, 158km
7 July: Stage Six - Dinan - Lisieux, 226km

10 July: Stage Nine - Issoire - Saint-Flour, 208km
11 July: Rest day

15 July: Stage 13 - Pau - Lourdes, 156km

I wonder if Spartacus will still feel he owns day one...

Dumbasses,

Allow me to be the first to predict a Contador victory.

I rather liked the rumors for stages 19 & 20 better than the final course.
Velonews was reporting the possibility of climbing Alpe d'Huez *twice* and
many thought the final TT would be a hill climb from Grenoble to Chamrousse.
Still, that final week looks pretty wicked. Unfortunate for those wanting to
see the race is the relative difficulty of finding places to stay and
alternate roads in the Alps vs the Pyrenees. Far fewer places to stay, far
fewer side roads in the Alps.

Real or virtual?

Alternate translation: Did you fall off the turnip
truck this morning? Every racer thinks he will win. Ask me
a difficult question, or keep putting up that hanging curve.

I wish I had predicted that you would be first to predict that.

If by "victory" you mean a short suspension that will allow him to ride the
'Tour in 2011, but he loses his 2010 title, then yes, I agree. But many
would suggest that's not really a victory at all... that the only true
victory would be losing the 2010 title, plus a two year suspension, allowing
Contador to claim *three* virtual TdF victories in a row. That's a lot less
risky than having to go out there and actually compete for the win, like
Lance did. Greg has shown us the true way.

The safe prediction is always to predict what
happened last time.

Maybe we should just get it over with now and predict
that everything that happens in rbr will be a repeat of
what has previously happened.

I assume that this prediction has already been made.

The arrow of time has been replaced by the boomerang of time in rbr.
Corollary: rbr is situated in a location where spacetime is warped into
a doughnut hence the predilection of rbr FM's for eating the same.
