Is it possible to construct a reliable flyover using scaffolding
and plywood or some other ramp system? Something that you could
move around in a truck and assemble at a race site?

In doing the google and it appears that everyone in the US is
making their flyovers out of lumber as a fixed feature of the
course. We must be dumbasses in addition to having an irony
grokking deficiency.
Never mind. The next step is to talk to a scaffolding supplier.
